I followed all instructions and confirmed that this site had received my payment via Western Union, and as of two months now I have not received my order for a novelty id card. I lost $99.00 plus costs to Western Union, almost $120.00 in total. I have e-mailed them constantly and hve received no response so far.

Duane...WRONG ANSWER!!

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, May 03, 2007

Duane,

POSSESSING a fake ID is a criminal offense, and how you use it just adds another charge!

If the ID has YOUR picture on it and the birthdate and/or other identifying data is false, you can be arrested. Here in FL it is a FELONY to use a fake ID. It is a misdemeanor to possess it.

And, I was born in PA long before you were, and I lived there 14 years. Then I went back as an adult for a few more. I can tell you that PA laws are much tougher than FL laws.

If the ID was clearly marked as a NOVELTY ID, that would be different, but they are not. I have seen these so called "novelty ID's" as a nightclub doorman and manager. Then I watched the police carry these people away in handcuffs. This was in OK, and NV.

Yes sir, a FELONY charge for using a fake ID to enter a bar and buy alcohol in NV.

NOT a joke.

ps.. WHY do you suppose these sellers of "novelty" id's are NOT in the U.S.?

novelty id

AUTHOR: Duane - (U.S.A.)

Possession of a novelty id in and of itself constitutes no violation of the law. It is how you use it. Entertainment or nefarious purposes. Still you should not have been ripped off either way. We are not the internet POLICE. You should be compensated.

Lost money while engaged in CRIMINAL activity?

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 02, 2007

Duane,

A fake id no matter what you call it is still illegal. Manufacturing, selling or possessing a fake id is a criminal offense.

So, you engaged in criminal activity and lost your money. Consider it an investment in knowledge.

FYI NEVER send money by Western Union to anyone you do not know personally or have an existing business relationship with. This is the first sign of a scam.

I have an idea! File a police report for the theft! or better yet, file with the FBI!

Western Union

AUTHOR: Mike - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 02, 2007

Wayne,

Any company or person that uses Western Union is stealing from you. Also, trying to purchase a fake ID to break the law (I fail to believe you were buying a "novelty ID" to joke with pals) by buying alcohol is in itself a crime

Fake IDs Are Illegal And Western Union Means Scam

AUTHOR: Peter - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 02, 2007

Duane

First and foremost The ID you ordered even if you received is no novelty it is an illegal fake. But you already know that. Second the fact that they ask you to pay Western Union should be a huge red flag. Never send anyone you don"t know anything by Western Union its the scammer preferred means of payment. Did you get ripped off yes but by ordering an illegal item you have unclean hands too. Take this as a lesson learned. Don't worry the booze will still there when your 21.
