Efax Plus Service Cannot Cancel Service , Internet

Cancelled service, efax charged again.  Called them again, rep checked and found I had not used the service and agreed to cancel as well as refund the $16.95.  I only now realized they did not refund the one charge and they have continued to charge me 3 more months!  Called them again today and was told they will cancel but will only refund the month just charged because their policy is No Return of Monies Collected!  This company is getting rich from their un-noticed charges to unsuspecting people.
