This is a so called service that is targeting older people who are trying to get copies of their birth records or social security card.
The only thing they do is provide a form that you enter information into for processing. You then still have to go to or mail to the government office that you are dealing with. When I got to the SSI office, the clerk who took my information entered it into the system on the key board and did not touch my form. He told me that I was the second one there today with the same form, and it is a rip off.
