He is from CALI COLOMBIA, he is professional scammer, He contacts real estate agents to buy million dollars properties and sends fake documents (bank statements from his bank in Colombia) to make evertything seen real , He has scammed Lawyers, Accountants, Arquitects, photographers, realtors and who knows more.
He is really good at making believe he has millions of dollars but DO NOT BELIEVE HIM. He has several LLC companies that he opened scamming an accountant.
PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD HE IS SAYING. HE OWES MONEY TO A LOT OF PEOPLE IN MIAMI.

I want to chat with the person who uploaded this report, I have more information about this guy and of course he is a scammer, he always says he is a good person BUT he isn't , and he is not just a scammer in USA also in Colombia.

Vall capital llc and The Black Pencil Idea llc companies legally registered in the city of Miami Florida and owned by Efren Vallejo quiñones, a Colombian citizen, is being the victim of people who have his personal information to make comments and defamations about his name and his companies They crossed social networks and the internet. The information exposed such as company name, address in Colombia and published photo are real since it was provided to the real estate agent to close a negotiation of a property in the city of Miami, but for adverse reasons the closing was not carried out and due to the health situation worldwide the project was postponed.
At no time have lawyers, accountants or real estate agents been contacted to make a scam, these are false assessments and this person is taking advantage of the fact that he has confidential information to make these kinds of statements that damage the integrity of Mr. Efren Vallejo. This portal has been requested to withdraw this publication, but due to their policies, they do not withdraw this publication, but they did tell us to make a refutation of this article. We refrain from publishing the name of the person since we would hinder the legal and investigative process of the authorities in the United States, and capture this person for defamation and misuse of personal information for our own benefits.
