ordered vaporizer online on April 18, 2013 to help an employee quit smoking. Product never received. contacted egozi enterprises by phone 2.5 weeks later, a man answered by saying "corporate offices", claimed my order did not ship because the color silver wasn't n stock. He asked if blue was okay, I said yes. Its now May 7 and I never recieved the blue vaporizer. I have sent three emails to sales@wesellac.com, the email noted on paypal receipt, no response as of yet.

I looked into this situation and the florida warehouse was out of the color you originally wanted at the time so we shipped from the california warehouse. we then spoke with you and sent you a different color.
