I used PayPal to charge 2 full size comforters (Bed-in-a-Bag). They claim they didn't receive my order, and that I should re-order. The charge is on my Visa, however. I paid $168.58 for nothing. All I want is a credit on my charge card. They didn't send me anything, they claim they didn't get my order so give me my credit. It's that easy. I am not re-ordering because I will not pay again, and I don't want to deal with this horrible company any longer.

What kind of company puts a charge on your account, but claims they didn't receive your order. I hope somebody looks into this company.
