I applied for insurance and prior to getting an approval, my bank account was charged (immediately). I called about this and told them that I didn't feel comfortable with this since I wasn't even approved and there was no communication about this.

They assured me that I will get my money back and that my application was rescinded.  This was a lie.

I had to file a dispute with Wells Fargo and add a stop payment to my account for this merchant.

What a waste of time.

I am still unsure if I will be able to get my money back or not . . . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
