This rotten crook offers completed Cisco packet tracer files for sale on his blog site but is so incompetent he cannot even send the correct fi les that you order and pay for. He thinks that simply because he states on the site that he does not make refunds, he is immune from any punishment. Well, even though I am 74 years of age and in poor health, I will do everything within my power to see that he does not get away with this and does not do it to anyone else. I ordered very specific packet tracer files, paid for them with PayPal, and received files that in no way resemble what I ordered and paid for. He shafted me for $45.00 , and I sincerely hope that this complaint costs him
