Jacob "The Liar" Levin sold us an El Cid Resorts contract that promised us El Cid would take our Wyndham Resorts points as a trade-in.  "The Liar" gave us two (2) El Cid "EL CID MARKETING CREDIT" forms as part of their inducement for us to buy. One gave us immediate credit toward the El Cid purchase and promised us a balance of $42,000 to be paid to us within 6 months.  The second "EL CID MARKETING CREDIT" form promised us $8,400 per year for the use of 1/2 of the purchased ElCid points.  Neither promise was fulfilled.  We are out over $60,000!
