i just have to say I am so happy to have rip off report available to me. This is a company that I would absolutely not want to get caught up in. I would drive there and then waste my gas because as soon as I heard door to door and commission only I would walk right out. So to the author of this, I must thank you full heartedly for your warning! THANK YOU! I do have a son, I do have a mortgag, a car paymen, etc. and I have gone to college. I was essentially messing around when I threw in a couple of words and filled out the online app. I was surprised to get the call back. But I always research the company if I haven't heard of them, a vwuala, look what I found! So lose my number YO! And comoanies like yours shouldn't be allowed to operate. Which gives me a grand idea of starting my own business to shut down scum like you. I just need to look into how it's done, and a non-profit organization sounds just about right as well. You should be ashamed of yourself and ask for Gods forgivenes, because who knows how many people' lives you have ruined. You horrid, HORRID, people. Well that's all the time I'll waste as far as this goes, on you. I surely hope your business fails. Because you deserve that and absolutely nothing else, unless it's worse than what I can imagine. Ok, since your replied please answer the following questions genuinely. Please do not bulls***. If you do so, I will show up to your office and shake your hand.

1. If your company is not a scam how come you never mention that the job's compensation is 100% commission only when you put your ad on craigslist? Why do you say it's 40K+/year? Is it guaranteed that anyone will make 40K a year? No, right? If so, mention so during your interview and on your ad. Why are you so afraid and hiding the truth? Are you worried that no one will come to your interview? Why do you also not mention that the only position you offer is actually door-to-door sales? Why do you also hide that?

2. Why do you make it mandatory for your employees to attend your "unpaid" meetings? Any employee should not be mandated to attend an unpaid meeting if that employee is making commission only. If I choose not to attend an unpaid meeting, I should be allowed to do so. After all, i am only getting paid if I make sale. Then why should I have to drive back and forth between the office and the field? why can't I work when I feel like it, and not work when I don't feel like it? If i am not making sales i am not making money anyway. so why do you keep mandating these retarded meeting in the morning and in the evenings?

3. You say that anyone can open an office and be an owner within a year, which is extremely diffucult but not impossible, right? Can I run my own office the way I want? I don't think so. I would have to do exactly what you are doing, wouldn't I? Trying to run a sales office that is commission only. Lol.

4. Why is your turn-over rate is so high? Why do you have people quitting left and right? You know 1 out of 10000 people will make it to the management. Oh, I know. you say that's because the people who quit are losers. Then why don't you be honest with your interviewees that this job is extremely difficult and that the chances that particular person will fail is extremely high?

As far as I know, Cydcor/SmartCircle/DS-Max, whichever owns your company, sets down the rules and you have follow them, period. That is why this is scam. Technically you will never be a business owner, and you will never make that 6 figure income like you claim you do. You and I both know you are struggling to keep your business alive. It will collapse soon. Your business is not expanding, do not lie. It is going down, and you will soon end up like many owners who now actually have reports on this website about Cydcor. You yourself could also be a victim of Cydcor system. If you are, I feel sorry for you, and wish you would see the light soon. I have done a lot of research on the Cydcor system before I posted this report. I am not writing this without something to back it up. Google Cydcor yourself.

Wow- this is literally the most hateful thing I have ever read about us. I am extremely embarrassed and upset that you had such a negative experience with our company. Yes, this is a commission job and it is not, and never has been, my goal to "dupe" anyone into working for me. I have dozens and dozens of former employees that feel the exact opposite as you in regards to their opinion of us, and I regret that you left on such a terrible note. Please come by and see me in person so I can try and make this right. I have worked far too hard in my life to have my business dismissed as a scam, I do take that personally. I hope you give me a chance at redemption. Again, I am very sorry you feel this way and sincerely wish you the best.

i am ready to fight every rebuttal you have Justin. i don't know how you sleep at night knowing you just might have duped another innocent person who is trying to feed his/her children. so go f*** yourself.

i wrote this report to save innocent people. to save the people who need real job.

this company is scam, believe me. they used to be frontline sac.

this company makes you sign a paper waiving your rights to minimum wage, so you cannot sue them for wages because it is outside sales.

- Door to door U-verse marketing. or Staple/Qwell office supply marketing
- You have to sell to make some money (if your customers cancel with buyer remorse, you won't get paid).
- You will not be reimbursed for gas unless you make about $1000 a week in sales, which is impossible for most people.
- You will be working 10 hour. plus saturday usually mandatory. all unpaid unless you make a sale.

- They will try to brainwash you with some speeches found on internet during their so called "business meetings."
- You will be required to travel to some ghetto city with bunch of idiots and sleep with them in a same motel room during their so called "travel opportunity".
- They will try to isolate you from your friends and families by encouraging you to go to their "office nights", so they can brainwash you some more.

- They do not offer any health benefits, but they will lie to you that they do. In fact, their leaders will encourage you to get onto your parents' health insurance plan.
- You will not be paid minimum wage or overtime.
- You will be walking in the rain in Sacramento's sh*tty areas trying to sign people up. Cops will be called if you do your business in upper scale areas.

- You will not be provided a permit for solicitation , thus can be fined or arrested if cops catch you.
- You will have to lie to customers, so you can make $200/week check if lucky.
- Often you will be required to give ride to other losers in the company or riding in one of their cars.
- You will have to insult yourself and be a clown to make little amount of money. No self respect? Go work for El-Dorado Consulting Group/Team or whatever the f**k their name happens to be this time.

- Even if you make it to management, like they promise, you will be required to move to who knows where, and start an exact same sh*tty office and hope everything goes well. You will have to find losers to work for you doing what you did to get to management all over again. It will take ages to find number of losers to get you promoted.. Most people quit within 2 weeks, just like I did.
- You will be required to attend their brainwashing game activities. They call it their "super awesome atmosphere."

- You will be required to take notes on their useless teachings everyday and repeatedly.
- If you die in a car accident while riding in one of the losers' car, your family will not get anything because they will make you to sign a paper saying they will not be responsible for death, injury, arrest, or fine.
