EL POLLO LOCO IS A BUSINESS WHICH IS INVOLVED IN MISADVERTISING AND MISLEADING PRINTED RECEIPTS GIVE TO ITS CUSTOMER. WHEN A BUYER BUYS SOME FOOD. THE RECEIPT SAYS, TELL US HOW WE DO AND RECIEVE ONE DOLLAR OFF. BUT WHEN I TRY TO DO THAT. THEY ASK FOR A INVITATION NUMBER. THE RECEIPT DOES NOT MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT AN INVITATION NUMBER OR SURVEY NUMBER.
THEY JUST GIVE THAT OUT, TO FOOL ITS CUSTOMERS. YOU CAN GO TO THE STORE ON 31550 GRAPE STREET IN LAKE ELSINORE , BUY FOOD AND GET THE RECEIPT. BUT WHEN YOU CALL OR GO ON LINE TO DO THE SURVEY. IT ASK YOU FOR A SURVEY NUMBER . THERE IS NO SURVEY NUMBER, AND THE RECEIPT NEVER BEFORE SAID OR AT THIS TIME, SAYS ANYTHING ABOUT THE NUMBER TO BE REQUIRED.
THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKED PEOPLE. DO NOT GO TO EL POLLO LOCO. PERIOD.

The receipt DOES give a Survey ID

I just got El Pollo Loco for lunch today, actually. The instructions for the survey written on the back of the receipt say to enter the Survey ID code printed on the front of the receipt when asked for it during the survey. If you turn your receipt over to the front you will see that there IS in fact a Survey ID printed on the bottom of the receipt right under the Store Number, which you need to enter during the survey as well. I just called to do my Survey, and got my validation code for my coupon no problem. :)
