I have been a member of Fixya.com for several months and have earned a few hundred dollars. Fixya requires that payment be made to Payoneer.com, which issues a debit card for my use.

In the past month my account was debited twice without my authorization for online purchases. I immediately notified Payoneer and now (30 days later) have not had a reply.

While FIXYA.com seems legitamite, I have doubts about Payoneer, and will be seeking legal action.

The title of the post groups Elance and Payoneer together, but they are different companies.  Payoneer is prepaid debit card solution for transfering payments for a bunch of different services.

Also, the poster mentions he uses Fixya.com, which requires Payoneer.  He does not mention Elance in the post.

This was probably an oversight on the part of the poster or RipoffReports.
