Elavon charged my account for 170 - 135 compliance fee. I told them I was in the process of closing this account as I no longer had the business. They sent forms to close the account (which I had for 10 years so they've made a lot of money from me) I faxed them in a month ago and still no refund. My bank account if waay overdrawn, with bank fees.

Everytime I call they say it's being processed.
My account is now -127 + 500 cash I put in to keep it afloat. Something is wrong when I company can put through unauthorized charges then take forever to refund them.
