Ordered a replacement lamp for my Mitsubishi TV which was defective, they sent me a replacement which was also defective. I kept a spare lamp on hand, this also turned out to be defective. This turns out to be 3 defective lamps in a row.

This company refused to do anything about the last defective lamp, they claimed all lamps are tested at the factory in China which is not true. Ordered a new lamp from another company, no problem to date.
