Apparently, an association was established with this company by Dr. Dupay, an orthopedic surgeon.  This was done without patient's knowledge or authorization.  Therefore, bill is FALSE! 

EMSI, CEASE AND DESIST YOUR ERRONEOUS BILLING!  

Since it is being covered by Medicare, as this bill states it is a coinsurance you are seeking, you are charged with ACCEPTING WHAT MEDICARE PAID and you are NOT ENTITLED to any additional amount!

 

This latest bill, dated January 21,2016 was for supplies from 1/24/2013 through 11/24/2013.  

 

Get this fradulent bill (110.76) off your books.
