Had an accident where a large portion of my right passenger fender was damaged. Elephant has refused to cover this since they said there was a previous accident on that side of the vehicle and that's no longer covered.

I sent in pictures to prove otherwise and they reviewed and still denied the claim. If I could give 0 stars I would but this is typical for an insurance firm to take your money and not want to take care of you after an accident. Will be filing complaints with the BBB as well as the NAIC and Virginia SCC.
