Elias has sold his parents' House and shop in Teharan, Iran (Persia) over 20 years ago, before he moved to United States.

Elias' parents, now in their early 90's, moved to Israel during the year of 1988. Hoping to receive their money from their beloved Son, sometime soon. They have been waiting in vain, for the past 20 years. They have been living on a very poor life style, without a house (in  a rented  small apartment), while their children in Israel have been supporting them.

Elias on the other hand, has bought a very nice house in Great Neck, opened a Hair Dressing Shop, in 142 Middle Neck Rd., bought properties abroad, has spent over $250,000 remodeling his house in Great Neck, has bought precious jewelleries for his wife Golda Abdyan, has bought precious Persian carpets for his house.

He has sent her daughters Sara Abdyan, Lida (Leah) Abdyan, and Touba (Tova) Abdyan to obtain colloge degrees at Queens College in New York. he also sends his son Nouriel Abdyan to very expensive private schools.

He brought his family to Jerusallem to celebrate his Son's Bar Mitzva few years ago, and celebrated again in New York a second Bar Mitzva. He has arranged for very expensive weddings for his daughters Sara Abdyan (Sara Nowbakht married to Robert Nowbakht), and Leah Abdyan (Leah Shemtov married to Yossef Haim ShemTov) recently. He also has bought apatments for his newly wed daughters, and sent them to Honeymoon overseas.

While he donnates money to his synagagues to buy himself prestige and a place in the heaven, he does not pay back his parents.

Every time he has been asked to pay back his parents, he had a different answer:

1 - Once he says he has handed over the money to his uncle

2 - Once he claims he did not sell the house and the shop at all

3 - Once he says that he has already paid back

4 - Once he says if his parents (themselves) ask for the money, he will return the money

5 - Once he claims that he does not have the money because his business does not go well and he owes money to banks.

6 - Lately he claims that his parents have to get by, wih the Social Secuirty money they receive from State of Israel.

One should note that Elias' Father has an amputed leg and lives using a wheelchair, and his mother is very ill, both needing full time care and assistance for their daily life.

In the summary Elias by not returning his parents money, violates the major Ten commandment rules:

1 - Respect your parents,

2 - Do not Steal,

3 - Do not Lie,

4 - Do not Kill (He is killing his parents very slowly, by not allowing them the care and daily needs they need for living).

Elias parents and his brothers and sisters have cursed that everything eaten in their house is Tarriff and Gezela (Stolen and Forbidden to eat by Jewish Laws), that Elias is so proudly practicing.

Unfortunately all our efforts to finish this issue privately have been denied by Elias.

He even has asked to meet with three Rabbies to settle this issue. I have sent him an invitation for such meeting, but he does not honour this meeting either (apparently because he knows what the outcomes will be).

If you have any business relation or other types (all his family (brothers and sisters )has abandonned him), please tell him to return his parents money.
