Deceptive shipping tactics offering expedient shipping in 3 days at high fee of $18.00.  They should not be allowed to offer higher shipping fees and shorter delivery times if they only use one shipping service, as they cannot fulfill claims to accurately/timely ship at the higher cost in the days stated. Claim Only use one shipping service, or so they say, and UPS don't run on SAT. 

Well Hello, the good ol' USPS runs on sat and has overnight and next day, 2 day shipping, and the list goes on....

I placed and order  in the evening, on a tues.  Paying for 3 day shipping expecting the items to be shipped and arrive by Friday same week.  A respectable company would have processed the order, next morning, Wednesday, and shipped the same day.  So when Friday came and no items were received, I called on the following monday to inquire about a refund. 

When I called about refunding the shipping charge, since I did not receive the items in 3 days, the woman was very impolite and said they have a 2 day processing time, then 3 days to ship the items which would put the items arriving by UPS 6 days later than ordered.   Note the 2 day processing time  is not stated at check out in the shipping charges section, nor does it state is only offers one shipping option of UPS when you pay for the expedited shipping, limiting delivery to monday thru'fridays.    This is deceptive practice, which allows the company to ship at regular rates and pocket the overage you pay taking advantage of its customers.   I am extremely dissatisfied with the DECEPTIVE SHIPPING PRACTICE of ELISA ILANA.
