Elite Bankcard Network Tim Prather Failed to Cancel Merchant Services to continue to collect fees Los Angeles, California

After numerous requests to discontinue our credit card processing services, Elite Bankcard would not turn the requests into Elavon. In the interim, monthly fees would continue to be taken out of our bank account - one account up to 8 months of fees. We cancelled three companies and had this issue with all three.
He then threatened to charge us ETF fees ($195 per company) if I did not fax him our agreement with the new provider. When I refused, he called the new provider and represented himself as one of our employees to get the information.
Do not do business with this company.
