Elite Billing, access Capital when i ordered a medication online elite billing i guess takes care of the membership costs they took out 99.00 twice ihave tryed to contact them for a refund they are very rude and told me to contact drugstores-online and i told them i could not contact anyone but he didnt care El Cajon California

when i ordered through a pharmacy online to place an order an amount of 99.00 was taken out of my checking account by this email address i cant find them online or a phone number all i have is an email they sent me stating this was for the payment of the medication which is a lie so now i cant get ahold of them so im out 99.00.
