Elite HealthCare / Carrington Health Plans, Discount plans are not "sound" programs. I was charged triple. Tempe Arizona

I was asked to join on their Aniversary Date. It was a speical promotion at 39.99 instead of 79.99. I joinded and paid 89.00 dollars. It was good until I canceled, but I would not get 40.00 back only the balance of it.

I got an prescription card for life time use. I needed the plan, but I found out that I could get the same plan from their provider for 11.95 a month. Now isn't that a Scam?

I was taken for just about all of the money I gave them.
I also went to a Dentist, he said 74.00 to 154.00 for the work I needed. I went there and I was told 400.00 for the treatment instead.

I was lied to there too. There is a communication problem with the Carrington and Dentists that accept the discount plan. And Elite is over billing clients. I called Elite and Carrington, they both say they are not responsible for the Dentists lies. I agree, but, I lost the day that I took to go to see the Dentist and also now 89.00. This membership is worthless if the Dentists or other doctors don't respect it.

Where should I go now? Insurance is expensive for me. Single and not working for a while now. I think that I deserve a full refund. And expliniations for the 79.99 I was charged if I could have gotten it so much cheaper.
