I wont go into too much detail, but these are fals claims represented by a competitor in the same industry and line of work.

We provided leads to BMI for 9 months and everything was going fine.  They started returning leads and we accpeted every sinlge one, even though most were questionable reasons at best.  For one reason or another, we were away on business and a week went buy where invoices were not paid by BMI.  Thats when the relationship fizzled away, but certianly not because "They do not deliver once they receive your money" as falsely stated by BMI above.  In fact, we delivered well over 2,000 (yes, 2,000) leads to them over the course of 6-9 months. 

Either way, this is false and in poor taste.
