Elite Marketing in Minnesota who works for Quill sold me some tomer cartriges that I could not return. They saide that since the packages were open I had to keep them? They cost me 60 bucks each and it turned out that I did not have the money for them and I needed the money for the rent for my office. But when I tried to return them they said I had to keep them. What kind of return policey is that?
