Elite Pools - Jeff Siesser Fiberglass Pool dealer lies, poor job, dont use them, RIPOFF! Sacramento California

Jeff Siesser sold us a San Juan Fiberglass Pool. Jeff "said" alot and did not deliver in many areas. The whole pool install was a nightmare, I would never recommend this pool company.

1. Poor quality tile installation-grout around tile is filled with gaps and holes, their is no grout or filler strip between the tile and the cement its just exposed for water to get in, mold to occur and teh tiles to pop off

2. Pool sweep they installed/sold us sweeps the floor and gets stuck for hours, does not work, will cost us appx $600 to buy an adequate pool sweep

3. The drainiage pipe we bought to replace what they destroyed, they were supposed to lay under the cement before the cement was poured and instead they laid it somewhere else, it cost us an extra $350.00 to have a landscaper dig 30 extra feet to re lay drainage pipe between the cement and fence line since it was not laid under the new cements as agreed.

4. Pool was left filled with mud for weeks, have pictures

5. Pool was finished and left filled with dirt and debris for a week before they came back to clean it, they were too busy with other pools

6. The cement work was not done as described by Jeff, the step and build up we should of had we did not get, we were also mislead on the cost of stamped concrete when we bought the pool.

7.The pool was to be completed in 3 weeks and it took them about 10 weeks.

8. They dig was supposed to take 1 day, it took 4 days

9. The pool was dropped in the whole, filled with water and they could not level the pool. They said the pool form was defective and called out San Juan Pools to look at it. San Juan Pools said nope, it was an error on Elite Pools side, it took weeks to fix this mistake they made.

10. The inconvenience and lack of communication on their part was awful. They claim ours was the biggest pool they had done therefore many mistakes.

11. The pool skimmer was installed too low to be effective

12. The walls of the pool are bowed out in some areas

13. Elite Pools sold a pool to 2 of my neighbors off my initial recommendation (pool was not installed yet) and they are also very unhappy.
