I am even desperate, to even write. Our company was an astonishig start up with world wide potential. Manhattan transfer took us in a process of going public. Made so many promises that we will raise millions in no time, and a lot more. We paid them upfront fees that after a while we realized is way more than normal fees. A

fter a few months they just gave up on us with our money on their bank accounts. We've discontinued the whole process and invested time and money is gone for good.
