Ellie Fits cam to out shop to get her Brazillian done, I quoted her will be $200 and up, She came on time, once I saw her, I said will be $230.

She agreed to pay, then she left happy.

She texted me that she wants partially refund, I asked why , she said because my website said $150, I told her its $150 and up to $350, but then she said her hair is damage.

I asked her to come and show her hair , if the damage was our fault, we will refund her, she didnt want to come back, and all she asked was refund portion of the charge, then she said her legs burned, her hair falls, her skin damaged and told me she is going to leave comment on google.

I told her that we will post our conversaton on social media, her respond was , she didnt care. I am posting this no one doeas any business with her, she is a lier and dishonest. We valued her comment but she was so selfish.
