This builder provided a quote/price and did not adhere to that price. He used inferior materiors, the finish product was poor, left the place a mess, did not properly supervise the job, and left the job unfinished. He was pushy, complaintive, argumentative, insulting, and deceptive; telling us he would complete the job, and never did.

I am not sure who you are. This is the real Bryan Elliott of B. Elliott Enterprise Inc. It seems as though someone is using my company name to solicit business. I have never built in Sanford or for anyone named Tom. I am sorry but it sounds like you have been scamed by someone. I would love to know who this person is so that I could press charges.
