I was introduced to the CEO of ELOCNETWORK, Cole Smith on 5/6/13. My company was looking to buy online digital media and Cole seemed like a legitimate business to test out and see if his media performed for us. Cole sent over a insertion order form, I/O#3562 - 5 - 13. Which was for $0.42 cost per click for a total of 6,250 clicks equating to $2500. The ACH payment was delivered on 5.13.13 for $2500, transaction number 4939900363 Once the money was ACHd to Cole he was impossible to get a hold of, could not set up the programing correctly for our links in his system. Went live with out properly configuring the campaign and sent 4 clicks. He was not responsive and I lost faith in his ability to be a quality source of media. We spoke on May 28th and he agreed and said he would ACH my funds back to the company on June 3rd 1013. My email on May 28th, June 3rd, June 5th and over 5 calls have gone with out a reply. We are not talking about a lot of money, Cole didn't perform his duty as per the I/O, and has stolen our company funds. Please help us retrieve our funds back and alert other business to his business practices.
