Eltman, Eltman & Cooper, P.C. I had a discover card back in 1995, in college. They claimed in 1998 they tried to serve me. They finally attached my checking account in 2008, with no notice to me. I asked for the default judgment and stip they allege I agreed to. They said I could go to NYC and look it up. In the end, I gave them 400.00 and 100.00 a month to go the hell away. New York New York
