Elvoline.com uses deceptive wording to make you believe that taxes fees are incliuded in their pricing. Thier FAQ section is also worded deceptively to make one believe that taxes and fees are included. They also do not disclose that fees and taxes are not included in their pricing. After you give them your money, they send you an email saying that taxes and fees are actually not included, but that its too late to cancel your order and you may not be refunded. I requested a refund immediately after booking and they will not refund my order. I will be disputing this with my credit card company.
