This is the 4th attempt to gain a responce from this company.Today 1/2/10 I received 2 pcs. 16GB SONY Pro Memory Sticks. The picture sample shown on your web page has the HX technology feature but the ones we received do not have the HX feature or technology. Please replace the memory sticks with the HX technology as shown or issue a full credit to my credit card. In either case please issue a prepaid return authorization.
