Embarq, Ild Teleservices, Esbi embarq doing 3rd party billing for ild and esbi even after we requested no third party billing while talking to embarq rep. Evidently their word in no better than their internet service Charlotte North Carolina

embarq allowing third party billing after having a third party billing by ild communications. This time we got third party billing from ild along with esbi. Having to call those companies is very annoying and time consuming. Ild had even stolen my "mothers maiden name" from somewhere. Embarq is consenting to these ripoffs by allowing third party billing. Even after requesting them not to do it. I quess they make money for doing billing for these crooks. Therfore I consider them also to be a bunch of crooks also.
