I was quoted a price of $115 a month for internet, Tv and phone service. I was also to receive other cash benefits.

When I received the first bill, I called to verify what the next bill would be. They told me the bill would be between $160- $170 a month. The supervisor did verify I was giving a lower price (by their representative), but said I should not have receive these discounts and would not make it right.
