Embassy Suites guard embarrassed me when he detained me over my clearly marked service dog!! I was charged $250. for a very small amount of dog hair on the couch. Sheets were unwashed with dried sperm on them!! We asked housekeeping to please change them and she said she didn’t speak English! We told the front desk but nothing was done. The General Manager is a smart a**.

Embessy Suites, after I contacted the owner made everything right. Tehy refunded the charge on my account for the dog hair. They even called and said they were sorry. They balso gave me a free night off my bill for the trouble we had. They were real concerded about the service dog and the guard and said that would never happen again. I am fine now, thank Ripeoff Report.
