i had an account with providian for several years.the next thing i knew they had sold my account to emerge.my balance never goes down even though i pay more than they ask.this company is riping the consumers off.we should do something about this.if we don't nothing will get done.the voice of the consumers must be hear.anyone out there that can help us.we would really appreciate it.
