EMERLING FORD MERCURY - RIPPED US OFF WHEN WE PURCHASED A PICKUP TRUCK SPRINGVILLE New York

We purchased a 2006 ford 350 diesel 4x4, keep in mind that we paid around $43000.00 for this vehicle. We tried in the past ever since we realized the problem with our brand new vehicle was that the four wheel drive did not work. The winter of 2006 we would put the four wheel drive in and we could not even get out of our driveway. We took the truck immediately to Emerling Ford and they just told us that the truck was so powerful that we should buy different tires. Keep in mind this is a brand new truck and they are telling us to go buy $1200.00 dollars tires. So we trusted them and we did go buy the tires. Need less to say that did not work. We complained all that winter and the next winter the same thing. Not once did they say lets take it in the shop and look at it. Well as it turned out our four wheel drive was never working. The four wheel drive would light up on the dash but it was never engaging. We went for two winters with no four wheel drive and bought tires we never needed. Emerling Ford in Springville, ny said they would do nothing, well of course that wasn't good news. We then emailed Ford Corp. directly, and they would do nothing for us either. We are not allowed to take our vehicle to Emerling Ford in Springville, NY anymore because they refuse to work on or service our truck because we contacted Ford directly. I will never buy from them again and I would not refer Emerling Ford in Springville, NY to anyone. They are out for themselves and not the customer. The only thing they are worried about is getting a good review back from you so they can get an award and if you tell the truth you will get nothing.
