Richard Emery was contracted to build a custom home. He was paid over $58k and walked off the job after pouring a horrible foundation. I estimate the value of the foundation if done professionally by a qualified contractor at $15k. It cost me over $2k to make it cosmetically usable but I still have 0 confidence in it. Richard Emery refuses to return any of the money he was paid.

Richard Emery is now calling himself GulfBeach homes and is robbing the hurricane victims along the Texas coast because the state laws do not protect consumers from unethical contractors.
