Emma Ortiz claims she is the co-owner of the French Trust, but she is a scam artist. She is harassing people over the internet and through the mail claiming she owns property that she doesn't own. Here are two examples of her harassing people on the internet:

She claims that she owns property and the county recorder has record of it. No one is aware of this and she refuses to show the document because it doesn't exist. I know that a police report is being filed forr harassment. Don't listen to her. If she harrasses you, file a police report and she will be taken care of in due course.
