This fake Lender who claims to be licensed in the United States is actually from Lagos Nigeria. He will request upfront fees and then promise to mail a certified check in 1-2 business days. He claims the fees are for an attorney he works with but it is not. I found no he is not licenses as a loan broker or CPA as he claims. Do not deal with this guy. He is a scam! He will post ads on CL and Backpage Beware!
