 They leave a messge on voicemail stating if it is your name to keep listening to message. Then it is a message to collect and a phone # to call. So, figured out that EMmediate credit solutions and Palomar Associates are in this scam together.

Say I never paid for membership with Emmediate! I never had any sort of membership or contact  or agreement with them. I agree that the District Attorney needs to be contacted to put a stop to their shady practice.
