This company guaranteed the ability to get parts for the bikes they sell. I have been waiting for a price on a part since Thanksgiving week 2009. Everytime I call they tell me I will have to wait until the go to the warehouse to see if they have it and that they would call me back with a price. I have NEVER recieved a call back. THe bike they sold me is now useless.
