This company was hired by us to collect B2B funds. They collected these funds in October, 2016, didn't notify us of these collected funds until December, 2016 and have failed to remit these collected funds to us pursuant to our collection agreement. Repeated attempts at obtaining these funds which belong to us have gone unresponded to or with "check is in the mail" excuses. On Monday, January 30, 2017, we will be filing a legal complaint with the State of New York as to the licensing authority of this company.

Gentlemen, no such payment has been received by us and repeated attempts at communicating with your office on this matter have gone unanswered. Your statement is factually incorrect.

In response to this complaint. Funds were collected on this clients account. Once we were notified the client did not receive their due funds, we made new arrangements with this client immediatley to make sure they received their funds. This matter was resolved the moment we were made aware.
We will always work to resolve any issues that do occur.
