Empire Furniture and Mattress - Representative Himon Stole $2,400.00 CASH for damaged furniture which I have not had 30 days yet White Plains New York

On April 5, 2013 I purchasd 1 8piece livingroom set(counch, loveseat, 2 end tables, coffee table Cost:$899.00. I purchased 1 4piece Dinette set (glass table with tan cushon seats and back rest, Cost:$229.00. I also purchased 1 Queen bedding (mattess and foundation, Cost:599.00 (bonus $100 due to the purchase of an additional 1 Full size (mattress and foundation, Cost:$575.00 (savings $25.00)and I bascally purchased the same bed.  I gave empire a deposit of $350.00 on April 5, 2013 (Debit Card) holding a balance of $2.050.00 which I paid Empire Representative: Himon in CASH! of $2,050.00 on April 8, 2013 before delivery of both sets of bedding Wednesday, April 10,2013 and Living room and dinette set deliverey Saturday April 13, 2013. The Dinette set was damaged, glass and chair cushions, replaced twice since delivery (second delivery, perfect condition (have pictures of damages) loveseat had holes in the bottom (have pictures) 3rd delivery perfect) have pictures of damages. Queen matress had rippes ON THE BOTTOM, OFF LINE WITH FOUNDATION was replaced and still has a gash in the material (have pitures, he replaced and has furthr damage to mattress and NOW THE MATTRESS IS SINKING IN THE MIDDLE AND EMPIRES FURNITURE TELLING ME THAT I VOIDED OUT MY WARRANTEE DUE TO THE MANUFACTURES RIP IN THE MATTRESS. I have paid Empire $2,400.00 CASH FOR DAMAGED FURNITURE THAT I'VE BEEN FIGHTING BACK AND FORTH WITH FROM APRIL 10, 2013 TO MAY 22, 2013. BASICALLY THE LIVINGROOM AND DINETTE SET IS PERFECT EVEN THOUGH I HAD TO HAVE IT REPLACED TWICE PER UNIT. Please help me with my bedding,Queen Size mattress and foundation I have further pictures of all damages to date caused by the delivery personnel.

There are additional issues, Empire is stating that I SPECIALLY ORDERED MY FURNITURE FROM THEM AND I PURCHASED THE SAME COLORS FOR DINETTE, BEDDING AND LIVINGROOM SET. NO SPECIAL COLORS WERE ORDERED, SAMPLES ARE ON DISPLAY IN THE STORE located at 19 Court St. White Plains, NY.  10601.
