Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I have tried to get this cancelled and unable to do so because magazines are already ordered. I cancelled from another company with no problem. I have been called and called even though I have told them not to call. I was told they could call me because I owed them money. I know when you ask someone to not call and they still do it is considered harrasment. This is the first time I have been told could not cancel.

When did you place the order? Their website states you cancel if it is within 72 hours. After that, your order has already been sent to the publisher and they do not allow cancellations at that point. You can try filing a BBB complaint but I don't know if that will help, as the cancellation policy is clearly stated on their site.
