Average waiting time on hold with thier claim department is 45 minutes.

All that was the EASY PART.

They under valued the vohicle, I sent them a $1500 recent repair bill, still no change. Finally I gave up because I needed the car for daily commuting, and the rental was only for one week. so I gave up and agreed on the amount they offered. 

It took them more than 30 days to issue me the check 

THEN, when I went to Co-part to pick up my vehicle, there was a $1600 storage bill NOT PAID by Empower Insurance.

So, I ended up without a car , STILL FIGHTING IT
