Richard A Marzan requested services to be done on a rental property. Once completed he and his company refused to pay. Continued to say the payment was in the mail, that he sent the payment through bill pay and that it got lost and would be remailed and so on. Richard A Marzan is a scam artest and so is his company enVOLO. They have been disrespectful and continue to lying. Do not do business with Richard A Marzan.
