My wife ordered this product after reading that it was available for a trial offer of $5.95. It didn't work at all and she forgot about it. Imagine her surprise when another bottle weighing .5 ounce arrived at our doorstep with a bill of $98.71!

She called the customer "service" number and the person there said there was no way she could return the original bottle (for which she had been charged $98.71) and she would be charged the same for the new bottle.

He said that she should have read the fine print (well, true enough but most companies don't work that way in my experience). It said that she would be charged the full amount for the product if she didn't notify them before 14 days had passed. We will probably have to eat the first payment, but I have contacted our credit card company and told them what has occurred and not to pay the second bill. We have sent the product back.
