Enchanted Forest I paid for a product, waited over 2 months for delivery and it never arrived. The company gave me a run around the first 2 times I emailed them and now they are completely ignoring me! Internet

I never received a ring that I ordered in April of 2018. I emailed the company after 6 weeks and they said it was on it's way. 2 weeks later it had still not arrived. I emailed again and they said to check at my local post office. I did, emailed them again and told them it was not there. They have now been completely ignoring me for over 6 days regarding this situation. It's completely unacceptable!
