Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
NEVER purchase a vehicle from WEB SITE AD. VERIFY all options in ad. Always ask for Carfax Vehicle Report. Look for dings, scratches and INTERIOR damage.
Dealer Web Ad stated an option that wasn't part of the SUV. LEXUS, RX350, '09.
Never put a deposit on vehicle until you have seen it. Deposit is non-refundable as stated on Sales Contract.
I valued the SUV for more money based on the option they claimed it had. $500. more. I have the Window Sticker and the Web Ad to show anyone the difference.
Just be careful..Salesman, Rick Torrey, is a very good talker. Puts you at ease.

Good Evening... this is an update on Encore Motorcars of Sarasota.
Spoke with the owner of Encore Motorcars, and he assures me that the problem was a Printing Error..that his company doesn't do business in a improper manner. He stepped up to the plate and acknowledged the mis-print. Both parties are now happy.
Now all is well in Florida.
