We now have 4 judgements (8-30-17) against the person who filed this lie.  Michael Turner/Web Factory was paid $ 6,000.00 down payment for complete new web sites and produced nothing.  He tried to go bankrupt and failed to follow bankruptcy law and it was dismissed.  Michel Turner threaten us with an email dated 11-14-2014 that he would hurt our reputation on the internet.  He has failed miserably at that as he did in producing the web sites promised. We have been in business for 40 years and would not be able to stay in business that long if we were not a great company.  Michael Turner was never a customer of ours at any time.  He was a simple crook taking peoples money and producing nothing.  He is a liar to the extreme, uses mutiply email names and aliases to hid his identity and has been in so much trouble throughout his life that he knows enough about the legal system to be scary and stupid.  We learned a valuable lesson from this character.

Micheal Turner is the true Con.

I initially wrote this review with the hopes Energy Foam would reach out to right the wrong they have handed me. Instead they attempt to deflect and not take accountability and instead continue to "con" the very consumers this forum is meant to protect.  Tepper, and this whole company could have instead offered to reach out and address my inconvenience, instead they distract you with some unrelated civil suit/temper tantrum fake story about an fake civil case in an effort to offset the negative reviews.  This should show the lengths they will go in order to hide from their bad business practices.  Any consumers who want to hear my story, contact me and I can share with you in detail the horror story these guys have put me through.  

Mr. Tepper has responded above accusing me of authoring this negative review of his company.  His justification of such is surrounding a now defunct judgment as the case is being retried. So not sure why anyone would be classified as a "loser" at this point.  Unfortunately for Mr. Tepper he provides the very evidence that rebuts his own assertation that I would have authored this or did so due to "losing" some type of court case.  In his very pictures you can see the court date being in April, with the submission date being in March.  If you are not familiar with a 12 month calendar, March is before April.   So not sure where he draws the line that a complaint on the company he works for has any relation to losing a case.  If it was someone related to company that was to provide web services for Mr. Tepper, there are other stakeholders in the company who gain much more satsification in leaving a negative review than myself, as I have no personal or financial responsibility in that corporations dealings and they would be the end receiver of such a judgement.  Mr. Matt Tepper seems to want to pepper my name not for transparency and honesty sake, but he has some type of personal vendetta against me.  Not sure how our relationship evolved into such a contentious one, but I can assure you that I have no involvement in his company or their vendors company concerns and have done everything possible to try and make sure any disputes were resolved peacefully.  

The person at the center of this filing is Michael Turner, formerly of WebFactory Dallas.  We have recently filed suit against Mr. Turner for his failure to execute his responsibilities as part of an agreement between us and him/WebFactory to develop new websites for four of our sister organizations.

As mentioned, we have filed suit against Mr. Turner, which Judge Nancy Beaty of Rockwall County, Justice of the Peace, Precinct 2 has ruled in our favor on in all four cases.  The fact of the matter is that our orgnaizations are the ones who have been robbed in this interaction, in the form of deposits that were paid in good faith for the aformentioned websites.  Mr. Turner's other claims are actually a reflection of his own business practices, as it is evident we tried to do business with a con artist.  This is only one of multiple reviews Mr. Turner has posted online with the explicit intent to harm our online reputation.  If Mr. Turner put as much effort into the development of our websites as he has with these latest smear campaigns, we would have certainly been saved from this now 18-month headache.

This is just another instance of Mr. Turner's pathetic attempts to avoid any sort of responsibility for his inactions/laziness and defame our widely-respected organizations.  We welcome you to contact us yourself and we would be happy to refer you to hundreds of our ACTUAL customers who are currently reaping the benefits of our work.
